How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page and select your Kaeru purchase.

How accurate are AI calorie estimates?

AI estimates are approximate and based on typical serving sizes. You can always edit the calorie value after an estimate is provided. For medical diets, please consult nutritional labels and a healthcare professional.

How does Apple Health integration work?

Kaeru can read your active and basal energy from Apple Health and write dietary energy (your food entries). To enable this, grant Kaeru access when prompted, or go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Kaeru.

How do I delete my data?

All your data is stored locally on your device. To delete it:
